Pastry Chef Consultant
Our growing Restaurant Group is hiring a Pastry Chef Consultant for Research and Development. This would be a part-time, possibly temporary position. We are looking for friendly and experienced candidates who have a passion for desserts and creating new menu items for multiple styles of restaurants and food offerings. The Pastry Chef Consultant will create or renovate the recipes and work closely with the Executive Chef/Owner to formulate recipes and train the culinary teams at the restaurant group's different restaurants to reproduce these recipes.
Two different payment options are available. If you have an LLC or an S corp as a contract employee, we can offer $30 per hour for pay with work out of our R&D kitchen in Canoga Park. If you do not have an LLC or S corp, we can also provide payment (invoiced by the Consultant) per menu item developed with in person training for the team provided at one of our restaurants in the West Adams area of Los Angeles (east of Culver City).
