LGTC Group is a comprehensive mental health care provider with a rapidly expanding footprint in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. LGTC Group provides a wide range of treatment options including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, residential, psychiatry, psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine treatment, and Neuropsychological testing.

We are looking for a full-time Community Outreach Coordinator committed to building and maintaining strong professional relationships within the community to support clients in need of our clinical services. The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the spokesperson and extension of the team to the outside professional. He/she will work within the greater San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento to raise awareness about our services and cultivate strong relationships required to achieve performance targets.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in behavioral, medical, or other supportive outreach or marketing. This person has an entrepreneurial mind and a compassionate heart. The role is highly collaborative and strategic, which will require both interpersonal skills and strong analytical thinking.

Major Responsibilities:

· Communicate effectively with external professionals.

· Manage and grow a portfolio of referral partners.

· Develop new relationships and nurture existing relationships.

· Manage budget appropriately.

· Effectively plan and execute events.

· Host and attend local marketing events, dinners, and gatherings.

· Maintain data on outreach efforts and manage reports to demonstrate performance levels against key performance indicators.

Education and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree or related experience.

· 2 years of related experience.

· Prior experience working in outreach or sales position, preferably in healthcare.

· Ability to travel regularly throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.

· PC literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, and word.

· Customer centric and demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs.

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, staff, patients, referents, and the public.

· Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task required.

Compensation and benefits:

Salary between $60,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience plus performance-based incentive plan. Benefits package includes health-life-dental-vision insurances; long/short-term disability, PTO and 401(k) plan.
