The Role:

Are you the friend everyone turns to when their gadgets are acting up? Do you have the patience of a saint and the energy of a squirrel on a caffeine high? Can you make even the grumpiest of customers crack a smile? If so, we want you to be our new Customer Experience Rep!

Position: Customer Experience Representative
Location: Downtown Missoula, Montana
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 or 2:00 or 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Voice of LRP: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a smile (yes, they can hear it!).
  • Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Help customers troubleshoot issues and navigate our tech-savvy solutions.
  • Tech Guru: Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our innovative insurance platform.
  • Positive Vibes Only: Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, even on Mondays.
  • Self-Motivated Marvel: Take initiative and work independently to resolve customer issues.
  • Insurance Industry Experience (Bonus Points): If you've dabbled in the world of insurance, that's a big plus!
