What You’ll Do

As a client-facing team member in our data-driven business transformation firm, you will bring your capabilities and expertise (i.e., organization / operating model design, workforce analytics and strategy, strategy implementation) to help our clients identify and diagnose operating model and workforce challenges and opportunities, and to design the right approach to achieve their business goals. Your contributions will cut across one or more concurrent engagements working directly with clients to build important relationships, collaborating with team members at all levels, applying subject-matter knowledge and expertise, creating analyses / providing actionable insights to inform our design decisions, and creating deliverables that help us achieve our project goals.

Successful candidates will have experience working at a progressive, fast-paced management consulting firm or in an equivalent internal position; exact alignment with our career model will be determined based on depth and relevance of your knowledge and experience. However, we are looking for someone with 2 to 7 years of consulting experience who can operate comfortably as an individual contributor on smaller engagements but just as importantly can effectively manage one or two junior resources.

Accountabilities

Deliver analytically/factually correct, relevant, and understandable work product
Contribute to ideation, problem diagnosis, and solution development
Guide or perform enterprise dataset integration, complex data analytics
Design, build and run sophisticated models to run different business scenarios
Visualize and present insights in a clear, accurate, and compelling manner
Coordinate project work and interactions with the client
Guide other team members to help them achieve important outcomes
Engage directly with clients and team members to iterate and refine recommendations
Contribute to leading-edge thinking and firm IP
Help identify and develop new opportunities with current and existing clients

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Undergraduate degree in a data-driven field (e.g., engineering, data analytics, mathematics, economics)
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card
Cross functional or industry business acumen
Experience scenario planning and building sophisticated models using Excel or similar data-centric tools
3 to 7 years post-undergraduate work experience in a consulting role (does not include internships)
Willingness to travel up to 10 days per month
Highly effective problem solver and critical thinker
Skilled in hypothesis driven analysis including cleaning, processing and presenting data using BI solutions
Comfortable with ambiguous and complex challenges and willing to do what it takes to bring meaningful impact to our clients and the organizations we serve
