Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, conducting automotive diagnostics, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a family friendly shop environment and gain valuable experience in automotive repair.

Duties:

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles

- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to identify any potential issues

- Complete vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance

- Assist with tire rotations and wheel alignments

- Maintain accurate records of services performed

- Utilize power tools and equipment to efficiently complete tasks

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures

- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is preferred

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required

- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend solutions

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of tasks

- Sales skills to promote additional services or products to customers

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
