Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Oversee sales activities, ensuring targets are met and client needs are addressed.
• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Technical Support: Assist the installation team with technical expertise in glazing and window/door installation.
• Product Deliveries: Perform timely and professional deliveries of products to clients.
• Repair and Installation: Assist with repairing and adjusting doors and windows, including warranty work, and facilitate the installation process ensuring proper fit and functionality.
• Insulated Glass Units: Change out insulated glass units from windows as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, work performed, and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, glazing, and window/door installation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Willingness to travel to Sedona for work.
