**Patient Care Coordinator**

We are looking for a dental professional to join our incredible practice as a Patient Care Coordinator. You will love joining our team at Lotus Dental Wellness. **Duties:**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups using software
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively
- Assist with office tasks to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
**Skills:**
- Experience with and handling high call volumes
- Familiarity with Curve dental software is advantageous
- Knowledge of regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
