Working as an Mechanical QA/QC Inspector you will providing quality assurance oversight/inspection and walk down support for the mechanical works by leading a broad range of QA required audits/inspections and pre-inspections including reviews of trades and vendor provided quality documentation.
Responsibilities

• Conduct installation pre-walks and witness field testing.
• Review Mechanical Trade Test packs Pre and Post Completion.
• Collaborate and coordinate resolution of QAQC related issues
• Review trade partner provided installation.
• Complete checklist documents for completeness.
• Raise observations/reservations on construction walks and follow up to closure.
• Coordinate QC inspections to align with the construction schedule.
• Provide feedback to trade partners to enable lessons learned and subsequent improvement in installation related QA/QC.
• Participate in the LotusWorks Good Catch program and safety culture.
• Abide by site safety programs on site.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 3 years of field experience in QA/QC of Mechanical Systems is required.
• Extensive experience in the implementation of Quality Assurance on large Engineering/Construction Projects.
• Preparation of clear and comprehensive correspondence and reports.
• Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written.
• Good computer skills and familiar with use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance programs and a minimum of 3 years quality assurance auditing /Inspection experience.
• Strong project planning skills.
• Skilled in collaboration and being a team player.

Education / Licenses / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant studies is preferred, but not required.
• OSHA 10.
