The Team Administrator will plan and manage the day-to-day logistics of the players and staff, including travel, housing, transportation needs, and general player wellbeing initiatives.

This person will play a critical role in establishing club culture, communications, and overall team operations for all Loudoun United FC athletes, staff, and family.

The position will report to the General Manager and organizationally be part of the Football Operations team.

Required Skills :

• 1-2 years of experience
• Able and willing to be at all training sessions and home and away matches.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with multiple platforms for making travel arrangements.
• Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of personal accountability.
• Enthusiastic and energetic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
• Have a high EQ and the ability to relate to all levels of staff, management, athletes and family.

Desired Skills :

• Ability to speak multiple languages (priority for French and / or Spanish)
• Passion for soccer and knowledge of USL

Salary Range : $55,000-$65,000

Actual salary is dependent on skills and experience.
