Louie Munn Services is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Hattiesburg, MS

OVERVIEW

Join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic office environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team while providing essential administrative support to our consultants. Job duties will primarily consist of providing administrative support to our consultants and effectively communicating valuable information to our clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Communicate with clients through various communication channels to manage credential expirations and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of confidential information and provide timely notifications to consultants and clients
  • Utilize computer software for conducting periodic selections and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to industry standards
  • Use computer skills for document creation and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Facilitate student enrollment in online training programs and maintain communication with customers throughout the process
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for this position. Prior experience in administration is not mandatory, but it will be taken into consideration during the selection process. An associate degree or college degree is not required, but candidates with such qualifications will be strongly considered. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

The role primarily involves working in an office environment where prolonged periods of sitting and computer usage are required. Additionally, the position may entail occasional trips to the post office to mail or packages, or store to purchase supplies. We are committed to providing a comfortable and ergonomic workspace to support the health and well-being of our team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.20 - $14.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
