We are an award-winning personal injury law firm looking for an experienced part-time bilingual (Spanish/English) legal secretary to join our team. Job duties include but are not limited to 1) Communication with clients, adjusters and medical providers. 2) Experience with the software "Case Peer" preferred . 3) Answering phone calls, 4) Drafting legal document. Experience in Personal Injury is a prerequisite.

Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual-Spanish & English
• Must have experience in Personal Injury Law
• Previous experience in a fast pace and high volume personal injury law office preferre
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Must be well organized and self-motivated
• Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Case Peer

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - 19.00 per hour

• Providence, RI 02908: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
