Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Monitor and manage alcohol consumption of guests to ensure responsible drinking.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Certification from a bartending school is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 25 pounds.
