Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager role located on-site at Louisiana Bistreaux in Atlanta, GA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine and food preparation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and computer literacy
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate or ServSafe certification is a plus
