Louisiana Event Acquisition is Hiring a Community Relations Associate Near Baton Rouge, LA
We are a charity fundraising firm specializing in community-based outreach events dedicated to providing fundraising services for our newest charity client. We are searching for a passionate and driven Community Relations Associate to join our Outreach team to support our mission-focused all tasks associated with molding and executing the client's overall strategy. The Community Relations Associate’s primary responsibilities are to shape strategic relationships and assist the Community Outreach team in conducting outreach events to inform and educate the local region. The Community Relations Associate will work closely with the sales team to strategize, implement and connect with the community.
Community Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow team members to plan, implement and execute community events to increase awareness and improve client satisfaction
- Work closely with Management to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key business leaders, clients, and community-based organizations to ensure all efforts are directed towards building customer enrollments
- Assist donors with registration and enable ongoing communication and support so they are up to date on program initiatives and milestones
- Provide daily reports of the outreach events and customer enrollments to Management as requested
- Participate in ongoing training related to program knowledge and compliance
Community Relations Associate Requirements:
- 0-3 years experience in community outreach, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision and handle confidential information
- Confident working under pressure and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to team build and motivate staff
- Reliable transportation and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $500.00 per week
