Profile:
Management position responsible for developing brand's identity, outreach, and market position, with the primary purpose of driving business growth.
Essential Functions:
Channel Management: Develop and manage various sales and marketing channels. |
Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare related practices or healthcare adjacent establishments that may provide mutual benefit. |
Service/Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the orthopedic services provided and be able to articulate the competitive advantage of such. |
Technology Utilization: Leveraging CRM systems and marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance processes. |
Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. |
Sales Strategy: Work towards and achieve referral/sales quotas and revenue goals set by the organization. |
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. |
Brand Representation: Attend medical conferences, represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and medical conferences acting as a brand ambassador. |
Content Creation: Developing or managing the creation of sales and marketing materials, and social media, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital content. |
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a business field, such as marketing, or in a related field, such as communications.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role focused on efficient execution of product/service-related sales, relationship management, and in-house content creation.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of orthopedic practice services and products. |
Knowledge of current healthcare marketing trends and analysis tools. |
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategy and tactical execution planning. |
Skills:
Skill in relationship cultivation in establishing and maintaining connections spanning geographical regions. |
Skill in analyzing impact of sales strategy and execution. |
Skill in creating content to enhance client communication, using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as social media platforms. |
Skill in organizing work, making assignments, and achieving goals and objectives. |
Skill in communicating effectively and professionally to all LOS stakeholders. |
Abilities:
Ability to assume responsibility and exercise authority over assigned work functions. |
Ability to balance a wide span of marketing related activity, maintaining adequate productivity. |
Ability to support organizational goals and effectively measure marketing objectives progress. |
