The incumbent in this position provides high-level administrative support to the Associate Dean and other professionals in the Office of Diversity & Community Engagement. General responsibilities include preparation of correspondence; calendar management and scheduling; coordination of travel; processing prior approvals and requests for reimbursements; ordering supplies; serving as the first point of contact in the office for visitors, faculty, and staff; coordination of programs and workshops; preparations of schedules and planning for meetings and conferences; assistance with the preparation of grant proposals, assembling data, and maintaining records.
