** CDL Single Axle Driver | Material Transfer**

**Purpose**

The ***Material Transfer Class A CDL Single Axle Driver*** is responsible for pulling trailer with skid steer to and from jobs, working on site with the crew to prepare jobs for asphalt; driver will work on the ground (out of the truck) with the crew 90% of the time.

**Job Summary**

Must be able to operate vehicle and comply with all Department of Transportation, state and local regulations. Adhere to company safety policies. Be able to complete log books, vehicle inspections and site condition reports. Responsible for cleaning bed of truck and truck cab. All trucks are 2014 or newer.

**Skills & Specifications**

* 1 year documented CDL dump truck driving experience

* Highschool diploma or GED

* Must possess a valid CDL (endorsements a plus), medical card, and clean MVR.

* Must be able to drive a manual transmission

* Experience hauling asphalt is a plus

* Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations.

* Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

* Willing to go the extra step for safety.

* Must be able to climb, bend, kneel to get in/out of truck without issue.
