Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler/Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and possess strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of billing information.

Duties:
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and reports
- Set appointments
- Follow up calls
- Complete assessments
- Intake calls- register clients for transportation
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling questions and concerns
- Provide excellent customer support, maintaining a positive rapport with clients and co-workers - Verification and entering data in systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Attention to detail and accuracy - Any other duty as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling and billing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
