We are looking for Human Resources Coordinator.

**SALARY FOR THIS POSITION -- $48,000 - $50,000**

HR Coordinator Job Summary:

  • Screen, follow-up, schedule and conduct interviews with applicants to certain job posts.
  • Complete New Hire onboarding to include pre-employment criminal background check, physical and TB testing.
  • Assist with New Hire orientation.
  • Assist in maintaining Employee Handbook, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and all other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain employee files in accordance with established policies and procedures to include all required state and federal forms and records of required training.
  • Assist with payroll and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized employee benefits program.
  • Assist the HR Director and Administrator with various tasks and projects.

HR Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • Two years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience in Long-Term Care or Healthcare required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
  • Experience with UKG (Ultipro/Kronos) a plus.
