**We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse - Full Time**

**Night Shift Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse Job Summary:**

* Direct the day to day functions of the nursing activities.

* Periodically review and update the resident's discharge plan.

* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents as required.

* Complete accident/incident reports and submits to the Director as required.

* Ensure that a sufficient number of nursing staff are available.

* Develop work assignments, and/or assist staff nurses in completing and performing such tasks.

* Make daily rounds of the Nursing Department to ensure that all nursing personnel are performing their assignments.

* Ensure disciplinary action is administered fairly and effectively.

* Review medication records for completeness and accuracy.

* Provide direct nursing care as necessary.

* Participate in orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.

* Participate in development of written plan of care (preliminary and comprehensive) for each resident.

**Night Shift Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse Qualifications:**

* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing in an approved program.

* Possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN in Florida.

* Two years experience as a staff nurse in a hospital, long term care facility, or other medical care facility with at least 1 year supervisory experience.

* **Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.**

* Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Associates or better in Nursing.

**Experience**

**Required**

**1 year:** 1 year of supervisory experience.
