**Day time only 0830 1600 (shifts could vary, someone who can be flexible will be ideal)**

You will be serving a range of customers, based in a college there will be many students during term time. There is also a gym & sports hall on site with members and visitors visiting 7 days a week. Looking for someone with previous supervisor experience, this is a great role for someone looking to move further into management.

* Barista / cafe experience

**Assistant Manager requirements:**

* Take responsibility for the catering operation in line with Company policies, Client requirements and financial constraints.

* Provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience, under the guidance of the Manager

* Work with the manager to monitor the work of all the staff and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.

* Produce and organise marketing and promotion calendars
