Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Create employee schedules, assign tasks, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that aligns with company standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in shift management, including scheduling, delegation, and performance management
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for staff development
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
