Caregiver Job Description :
Qualifications & Background/Experience:
· Must be willing to know and follow Love Hope Care statement.
· You must be able to provide at least two references and one must be from previous employer.
· Must be 18 years old.
· Current Oregon Driver’s License Or Picture ID.
· DHS fingerprint and background approval.
· Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
· Must be computer literate.
· Must be able to make commitment to assist in providing a meaningful life for our individuals.
· Must participate and complete in-service trainings
A. CPR/First Aid
B. OIS
C. Core Competency Training
D. Med Training
E. Individual’s ISP, Behavior Support Training
F. Any other trainings as scheduled
· Respect the individuals and their family/friends/guardians.
· Willing to work in a 24-hour Residential Care Home-program and be flexible and a sense of humor.
