- Responsible for coordinating all patient referrals at the request of the provider.
- Responsible for SCHEDULING ALL necessary appointments, coordinating with the patient and outside referral provider.
- Responsible for notifying patient of appointment and give any instructions needed.
- Responsible for entering referral information into the EHR and sending records to referral as needed.
- Performs additional prior authorization responsibilities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months minimum experience in good customer service and people interaction
- Scheduling related experience
