**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office. **Responsibilities:** - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Perform data entry, maintain records, and organize documentation - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Assist with order entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks - Conduct office tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents - Transcribe notes and correspondence accurately - Provide support in general office operations **Skills:** - Proficiency in computer applications including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in a dental office or medical receptionist role is a plus - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your organizational skills will be valued.
