Love's Lane, the premiere store for couples is now hiring a Keyholder for our Sterling Heights, MI retail store.

Our Keyholders are responsible for:

• Greeting and attending to customers on the selling floor
• Providing excellent customer service
• Selling the company's products using advanced product knowledge
• Opening & Closing the Store
• Act as Assistant Manager when Manager is not present
• Working as part of a sales team to achieve individual and store sales quotas
• Representing the company in a professional manner

The ideal candidate:

• Is timely and responsible
• Should have previous retail sales experience (3 years preferred)
• Should have previous Assistant Manager experience (1 year preferred)
• Possesses great communication skills

Keyholders candidates must:

• Be 18 or older to apply
• Have a valid driver's license
• Open shift availability
• Have a high school diploma or GED
