Responsibilities

*Develop your sales abilities while expanding store traffic and optimize profitability *Meet sales goals by applying training, skills, clientling and sales methods and by providing feedback to store manager *Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service *Complete store operations, sales, lead contacts, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures *Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards *Report on buying trends, customer needs etc. *Propose innovative ideas to increase market share *Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths *Be a shining example of positive demeanor and high performance *Additional duties as needed

Skills

*Proven successful experience in retail sales/weddings & events/customer service *Powerful selling skills and plan/goal focused *Customer management skills *Strong organizational skills *Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
