Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to support for our daughter. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to provide patient care, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our daughter
Skills:
- Strong caregiving skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs
- Experience working in a person's home is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
