- Location : Edina, MN *

- Children : Boy 3.5 yrs, Girl 4 months*
- Compensation : $23-$28 per hr DOE*
- Hours : Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm*
- Occasional overnight or weekend date night*
Responsibilities :
- Childcare is the number 1 priority!
- Creating safe and enriching activities such as reading, playing inside and outside, crafts, learning lessons and activities
- Preparing children's meals and snacks
- Follow the routine of Eat, Play, Sleep - doing naptime / quiet time routine
- Weekly Vacumming of toy room and main level spaces
- General tidying
- Toy Rotation Their ideal nanny :
- Maturity
- Maturity
- Takes safety as a number one priority
- Actively engaged with the children
- Would love someone with an elementary ed or preschool education background but not a deal breaker
- Experience with infants and toddlers
- Would love someone familiar and passionate about the Montessori methods and play
- Someone who can create social, empathetic, physical activities and sensory play
They have a wonderful 4 yr old King Charles / Terrier mix rescue pup. She is well behaved, she likes to hang with mom in the office, or go on walks with the kiddos and their nanny.
The only responsibility from the nanny is to make sure she is not getting food scraps from the kids and knowing where she is.
So being mindful of doors and not letting her get out and get lost!
Requirements :
- Open to traveling with the family
- Covid Vaccination is required
- Empathetic
- Patient
- Pro active leader who uses sound judgment for example making sure the daily routine is in the kids best interest in regard to outings, bag packed with snacks, water
- Problem solver - someone who is willing to do the research on potty training, sleep challenges, emotions
