• Manage account to discover outstanding inconsistencies
• Collect all information needed to calculate billing and account receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Issue invoices and bills and sent them to client through various channels
• Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
• Send reminders for Time and contact clients when assigned
• Update accounting records weekly, client information etc.
• Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
• Report on activity to upper management
• Generate reports
• Handle multiple projects
• Prepare and monitor invoices
