Qualifications: Associates Degree is a requirement or experience in medical credentialing.

Job duties include but are not limited to: 

• The individual is responsible for ensuring all providers are credentialed, appointed, privileged and loaded into all participating health plans for in network services.
• The individual will be the backup person for the initial onboarding, credentialing and recredentialing for all medical providers who provide patient care at LCHCS and its subsidiary locations.
