Low Latency Software Engineer C

A world renowned proprietary trading company has recently opened an office in Austin. They are looking for an engineer who is capable in designing and implementing real-time systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune high-performance, ultra-low latency trading systems using C .

• Identifying and implementing improvements that slash latency and boost throughput.

• Work hand-in-hand with top traders, brilliant researchers, and talented engineers to bring ground-breaking solutions to life.

• Tackle and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical hurdles.

Requirements:

• Experience in C development in a Linux environment, with a strong focus on low-latency systems.

• Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and high-performance computing.

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience in financial services or high-frequency trading environments.

• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation and testing.
