Lowcountry Title Group, LLC is Hiring an Administrative and Marketing Assistant Near Goose Creek, SC

Lowcountry Title Group is committed to providing expertise and excellent customer service to real estate buyers and lenders in the greater Charleston area. Our goal is to help buyers, lenders, builders, developers, attorneys, and real estate professionals by providing title insurance to buyers and lenders. We partner with some of the nation’s leading title insurance underwriters, providing our clients with the comfort and knowledge that their real property interests are protected.

We are currently seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant. Job Description:

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and review title insurance commitments
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing emails, organizing documents, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with data entry, online file organization, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Help maintain and update the company intranet with new content and visuals.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Schedule:

  • This is a part-time position - 30 hours per week.
  • Schedule may vary based on company needs.

Location:

  • Goose Creek, SC

Benefits:

  • Starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
  • Optional health, vision, and dental insurance
