As an Account Manager for Lowen Corporation, you will be in charge of building and maintaining strong relationships between the client and our company with a focus on improving the customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing
· Assigned to highly active, high maintenance accounts
· Advocate for the customer
· Work through higher-level issues above and beyond the CSR
· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled
· Assist Account Executives as necessary to meet customer needs
· Understand and manage specific needs for accounts after the AE has submitted the necessary information
· Know the intimate details of each customer account and assist customers with meeting their needs
· Spearhead resolution to customer complaint cases
· Understand materials, warranties, processes, installation, etc.
· Manage special customer projects (websites, testing, manuals, reports, etc.)
· Serve as the communication hub between customers and inside sales
· Develop a positive relationship with customers and AE
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales or marketing, or relevant work experience
· Proven track record showing success in sales, account management, or project management
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
· Advanced analytical skills to make accurate recommendations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
· Demonstrate critical-thinking skills
· Demonstrate ability to work well in a team-environment
· Must be prompt and able to multitask
· High energy, infectious positive attitude
