LCRA is Hiring a Supervisor, Business Operations Near Marble Falls, TX
You Will Be Trusted To
- Provide leadership and direction to staff. Hires, trains, assigns work, evaluates and manages performance, and handles all aspects of staff supervision.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. Prepares reports, presentations and policy revisions and maintains department records.
- Build and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- At times assist with special projects or participate in internal task forces or work groups.
- Assist in the development of sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Serve as project manager for departmental projects, including the development of project scopes and schedules. Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions as needed.
- Nine or more years of experience in business operations, business services, project management, or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in business administration, business management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in business.
- Supervisory experience.
- Project management expertise.
- Industry knowledge/experience related to assigned area.
