Responsible to review plumbing work as assigned, tracking work orders, and performing plumbing installation and repairs including contractor coordination. Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing equipment & systems. Develops & maintains a preventative maintenance program for plumbing systems. Maintain all plumbing equipment, sewer lines, potable water lines, gas lines, sprinkler systems and related systems in all District buildings.
Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Minimum five years’ experience in Residential, Commercial, or Institutional Plumbing trades
• Certification - Master Plumber Preferred or Journeyman License
• Valid PA driver’s license
• ACT 34 and 151 clearance and FBI clearance
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interface diplomatically with others, teachers, administrators, parents, students, support staff and outside professional contacts.

Salary and benefits set by LMEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Starting salary is currently $59,893.00 , please note this is to be updated according to the terms of the new LMEA CBA when finalized
