Job Description: As the Internet Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales efforts and enhancing our digital presence. You will be responsible for managing leads generated through our website, responding promptly to inquiries, and converting leads into sales. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all online sales leads/inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and set appointments for the sales representatives.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers.
• Utilize CRM to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales performance.
• Follow up with all leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement online marketing strategies and promotions. Also post on our social media accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Take pictures of our new and used inventory and put on our website.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in internet or digital sales.
• Proficient computer, internet, and social media skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to handle large amounts of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
