Compensation:$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:We are a small but growing injury and disability firm. We currently have 2 attorneys, 1 EDPNA, and 5 other support staff. Our practice has doubled recently, and our vision is 10X. We have a one-year plan, a three-year picture, and a 10-year vision.
Our small team is efficient and focused. We are strategic in our approach and have systems in place, but we welcome iterations to get us to the next level.
You will work hard, have goals and metrics, but enjoy a collegial environment where helping people is an important part of who we are and what we do!
We are sports fans and are involved in our community. We call our clients back. We have more reviews than many forms much larger than us and focus on providing great customer experience along with stellar results.
