The Member Sales Associate position will receive a base pay, plus commission and workplace advantages!
Please note : Applications received without the DISC assessment complete will not be considered.
Compensation :
$12,000 - $15,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads by various methods including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and by talking with prospects at local events and walk-ins.
- Assist in Lead Nurturing and scheduling face-to-face meetings.
- Prepare for meeting prospects at LP Fitness Center Transformation Center for consultations / goal-setting meetings.
- Understand the emotional and logical needs of a client.
- Guide the client to make the best decision to fit their needs.
- Sign new members up for programs and services.
- Properly document before during and after meeting with a prospective client.
- Organize and manage promotional initiatives both inside and outside LP Fitness Transformation Center.
- Retain long-term customers and expand the member base by sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service.
- Have a presence in the LP Fitness Transformation Center Community.
Qualifications :
- Customer Service Experience.
- Sales Experience.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- US Work Authorization.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to obtain Group Fitness and CPR / First-Aid Certification.
