Overview:The Assistant Vice President, Risk Culture will assist in the development of training, communication, partnership, and other programs to support a strong risk culture that prioritizes risk identification and collaboration across the three lines of defense. The position is responsible for the oversight of the Risk training curriculum, communication plan, and partnership events. Additionally, this role will support the project management of the Enterprise Risk program.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Risk training, communication, and partnership programs
  • Develop Risk training content and manage ongoing updates to the training program
  • Draft newsletters, program announcements, and other communications and materials
  • Plan and coordinate Risk partnership events
  • Develop surveys to solicit feedback and assess efficacy of programs
  • Project manage Enterprise Risk Management program implementation
  • Coordinate across Risk leads and business stakeholders for ongoing framework consistency

Requirements:
  • 7 years of financial services experience
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)

  • Strategic Problem Solving & Decision Making: Effectively gathers data and fact base to identify, understand and solve issues. Collects feedback in order to measure effectiveness within set parameters. Looks beyond the obvious, first answer and uses experience to dig deep for the root cause of a problem
  • Ability to create/develop and articulate pragmatic plans and actions
Pay Range: $102,920-$154,380/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
