Job Overview: As a Digital Adoption Sales Consultant, you'll be a champion for our digital tools, empowering customer support teams to transition from human-centric to a more efficient digital-human blended approach. You'll partner with clients currently reliant on human support, showcasing the value proposition of our digital tools and guiding them on successful adoption. This results-oriented role thrives on driving measurable change and requires a blend of sales expertise, customer empathy, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with advisors, clients, and staff. Identify and qualify client needs and pain points related to customer support efficiency. Collaborate with clients to develop and execute digital adoption plans that ensure successful user onboarding and ongoing utilization. Partner with client teams (advisors, staff, and clients) to deliver engaging training sessions on our digital tools and functionalities. Monitor and track key metrics related to digital adoption, including channel mix and user engagement. Develop strategies to address client concerns and ensure users feel comfortable transitioning to digital support channels. Gather client feedback and user insights on our digital tools and identify areas for improvement. Translate client pain points and user experience (UX) challenges into actionable recommendations for our technical and product teams. Advocate for product enhancements and feature updates based on client data and user feedback (Voice of Customer - VOC). What are we looking for? We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the B2B technology sector. 3-5 years of experience in consistently surpassing sales targets and establishing robust client relationships. Core Competencies: Strong understanding of customer support best practices and the evolving landscape of digital self-service. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Passion for technology and a strong belief in the power of digital solutions. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze client feedback and user data. Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify creative solutions to client challenges. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A self-motivated and results-oriented team player with a hunger for success. Preferences: Experience with training and development methodologies preferred. Pay Range: $32.96-$49.44/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
