LPM Holding is Hiring a Chef Manager Near Rye, NY

Chef Manager

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen and dining operations
- Plan and create menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of customers
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet high standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Monitor food production to ensure efficiency and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Coordinate catering events and special functions
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food management, preferably as a chef or cook
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team or work alone
- Knowledge of catering principles and practices
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of shift management and scheduling is preferred
- Understanding of food handling regulations and safety standards
- Experience in kitchen management is highly desirable

- Able to work alone or as part of a team
