Manager, Customer Success-Data and Feeds
As a customer focused leader, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers , focused on enhancing the customer experience! The Data and Feeds Solution suite includes Refinitiv Data Platform, Tick History, Real-Time – Optimized, Real-Time Managed Distribution Service, DataScope, Quantative Analytics and Digital Wealth. This role will report into the Customer Success Director and will be part of the broader Customer Success Leadership Team in the Americas region. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring clients realize the full value of solutions they take from us to achieve their business goals by crafting success strategies that drive adoption, integration and growth. Knowledge & Skill
  • Apply your knowledge of the financial services industry and our solutions to mentor and lead a team of various tenures and skills.
  • Working and managerial knowledge of a department, sub-function or sub-business unit and of a technical subject area
  • Basic understanding of relationships between functions within the company
  • Some supervisory knowledge, skills & experience
  • Requires extensive training and experience to resolve a wide range of issues

Strategic Planning & Decision Making
  • Designs the retention strategy for the business and ensures execution of regional and global Customer Success programs (objectives and key results, Customer Engagement model, Territory Alignment, Customer Lifecycle Framework).
  • Makes recommendations that may shape operational strategy
  • Forecasts resource needs and handles allocated budget
  • Sets shared goals with established business objectives; uses time and people effectively to meet business plans
  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems of a moderately complex nature
  • Adapts traditional approaches to enhance existing procedures to resolve issues
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan of sub-business unit or sub-function
Qualifications And Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing talent.
  • 8 years of frontline experience in customer success, account management or relationship management preferably within financial services.
  • Execution focused with strong performance record, proactive, and positive.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to flex style depending on audience (C-Level / Leadership / Team), with success influencing other teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and constantly evolving market. You're an innovator that can come up with solutions to adapt to change.
  • MBA, CFA, or Series 7 preferred.

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York Applicants Only)LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,200 - $204,800.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
