LSM is looking for an Intern for our Client Services team! As an Account Coordinator Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of digital marketers, gaining experience in managing client relationships and understanding digital marketing campaigns. This internship is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Support Account Manager with client calls and emails to organize and understand their business goals, gather requirements, and provide assistance implementing requests.
• Campaign Management: Monitor campaigns and platforms to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and correctly. This includes: checking budgets, integrations, and optimizations.
• Data Analysis: Assist in pulling data for a variety of digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, Google, and programmatic.
• Internal Communication: Effectively communicate tasks and deliverables to internal teams.
• Budgets and Invoicing: Working with the Account Manager to ensure budgets and invoices are correct and signed off at the appropriate times.
• Onboarding: Assist the Account Manager with the onboarding of new clients by creating campaign dashboards, building integrations, and ensuring we have everything we need from the client. 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills. 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital analytics tools is a plus.
