LSPedia is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Manager for our IT and Support team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and extensive leadership experience. As Senior Manager, IT and Support, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, as well as leading our support team to ensure optimal service delivery to our clients.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in IT Management: Demonstrated experience overseeing IT infrastructure, managing teams, implementing policies, and coordinating projects. This could include previous roles as an IT manager, IT director, or similar positions.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in areas such as hardware, software, networking, security systems, and IT service management. Candidates should have a solid understanding of various IT technologies and their applications in a business environment.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals and support personnel effectively. This includes skills in team building, coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with different stakeholders, including executives, department heads, vendors, and end-users.
