Under the general direction of the IT Applications Support Coordinator, serves to support the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions/ ERP system for LSU Health-New Orleans and LSU Health-Shreveport. Incumbent provides assistance to the user community on LSUHSC policies and procedures that relate to the operation and use of the Student Administration systems. In addition to providing end-user functional support, the incumbent facilitates application setup, security, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and processes needed to support the Student Administration departments.

Bachelor's

Business, public admin., hospital admin., human resources, information technology or related field

Experience with implementation upgrade, and/or production support of Oracle/PeopleSoft or similar ERP system.

Relevant experience in an academic or healthcare environment.
