**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism, possess strong analytical skills, and be committed to providing high-quality behavioral therapy services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles

- Implement behavior intervention strategies to support clients with autism

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records

- Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly

**Skills:**

- Experience working with children and individuals with autism

- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance

- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health

- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans

- Strong background in behavioral therapy methodologies

- Proficient in maintaining detailed medical records

- Excellent patient care and interpersonal communication skills

- NY medicaid number a plus

Pay Rate per diem :$70-$100
