Title: Capital Markets BA.

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Model).

Duration: FTE.

Job Description:

• 10 - 12 years of experience as Business Analyst Functional Consultant.
• Should have strong Domain knowledge in Financial Services with specific focus on Capital Market Investment Banking area.
• Has prior experience in complete Trade lifecycle processing of 23 asset classes Equities, Derivatives, ETD, OTC, Fixed Income products etc.
• Experience with Market Data feeds is mandatory.
• Strong Analytical Skills & problem solving skills.

o Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

o Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

o Excellent planning organizational and time management skills.

o Technical knowhow to conduct system analysis with BA of other application squads.

o Strong experience in SQL queries for data extraction data analysis.

• Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities like creating BRD & FRD writing use cases process system flows and other deliverables.
• Should also have experience in managing E2E implementation in Agile Waterfall.
• Review test cases work with the testing team to validate functional testing and system integration testing to ensure quality of delivery as well as support UAT reproduce issues monitoring fixing them.
• Strong Communication written verbal and excellent Stakeholder management Skills.
• External BA certification AAC, CCBA, CBAP & CSPO would be an added advantage.
