Job description:
7 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
Must have – Excellent understanding of Capital market, Investment Banking
Good to have – Good Understanding of business functions, process flows and data flows from front to bank for any of the banking products
Good to have – Strong understanding of functional architecture in Banking and Financial services
Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
Consult with business end users to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions.
Analyse business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
Ability to understand the current system and write functional specifications for new enhancements.
Proven interpersonal, stakeholder management, data analysis, influencing, planning and prioritization skills.
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
The associate needs to pass the specific certification
IIBA - Agile Analysis Certification
