D&A Program Manager Mandatory:

• 20 years of experience in providing program management and engagement Management. Prior experience in leading digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent experience in implementation of large program.
• Experience in CXO and Senior Stakeholder management.
• Build roadmaps and program plans with track/project delivery leads. Regular reviews of projects and key deliverables to ensure quality and predictability.
• Enhanced customer experience on all existing engagements Work closely with Account Manager(s) to manage client relationships across business, technology, and operations.
• Proactively manage risks, respond to client escalations, and troubleshoot delivery or engagement issues to provide effective delivery governance.
• Manage projects with varied engagement, pricing and execution models across ADM, support, Data Analytics, and transformation initiatives.
• Provide timely and accurate progress updates on delivery and business opportunities to senior management.
• Expert in day-to-day PMO activities with full ownership.
• Good planner and Agile specialist to plan and execute development cycle in sprints.
• Status reporting as per cadence, should be able to defend with logical viewpoint.
• Deployment, release, and handover experience specific to data projects.

Good to have:

• Experience in handing end to end data projects preferably on GCP.
• Good exposure to GCP data services like Big Query, Cloud SQL, Knows Cloud Functions, Data Flow, Cloud Composer, Apache Airflow
